Welcome to the roybloom.com buyers guide. This guide attempts to answer some of the questions you may have about using our site. If you have any queries which are not answered either here or in our terms and conditions please contact us.

This buyers guide covers all titles posted to the site. The aim is to take buyers through each stage of the roybloom.com purchasing process. It is designed to be used in conjunction with our full Terms and Conditions which cover all usage of our site.

NOTE : All sales are firm, products cannot be returned unless faulty.

1. SELECTING BOOKS AND QUANTITY

Simply click on the book title to bring up a title information window, this window will give you information on the contents, format and sales terms of the title.

2. FOR MORE INFO

To obtain further information on the selected title please click the 'more info' button.

3. ADDING BOOKS TO YOUR CART

To add a book title to your shopping cart simply enter a quantity in the 'order quantity' field.

4. VIEWING YOUR CART

Click on 'view cart' found on the main menu to the left of the screen. Here you will be able to see the contents of your cart, change the quantity ordered and remove items. Please click NEXT

5. INVOICE AND DELIVERY DETAILS

The default registration address will be automatically imported. If you wish to change either delivery/invoice address please do so at this point (your original registration information will not be affected) Once you are happy with your delivery/invoice information click 'next' to move on to the next screen.

6. DELIVERY CHARGES

If you are based in the UK and your order is for over 200gbp net, it will be delivered free of charge to any UK address. If your order is for over 200GBP net and you are from overseas, we will deliver to your UK based freight forwarder free of charge. If you do not have a UK freight forwarder we will arrange for the goods to be sent to you and pass on the delivery charge we incur. If you are based in the USA and do not have a UK freight forwarder you may like to use our special US Delivery Service. This service is fully trackable and the charges are fully inclusive door to door. Please click here for details.

7. SMALL ORDER SURCHARGE DETAILS

For orders under 200GBP net we reserve the right to add a small order surcharge. This will show on your order details.

8. PAYMENT DETAILS

Please confirm which payment method you would like to use. If you have opted to "pay by account" please enter your Fanshaw Books account number in the box provided. If you do not have an account with Fanshaw Books please pay using one of the other payment methods. Alternatively you can request that we open a credit account. We cannot hold any titles whilst your credit request is being processed. In general we do not provide credit on an inital order to companies who have not traded with us previously.

9. OTHER PAYMENT METHODS

If you have chosen to pay by proforma invoice (by post) You will receive a proforma invoice in the post, your order will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation of payment. If you have chosen to pay by proforma invoice (by email). You will receive a proforma invoice by email (which can be printed out), your order will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation of payment.

We cannot hold any titles pending receipt of payment for a pro forma. If you pay your pro forma by cheque and the goods are no longer available, we will not process your cheque and will inform you that your order was not supplied.

10. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have selected your payment method, you will be asked to confirm your order. You will receive an email confirmation of your order to your specified email address.
