3. Entrants must supply full details as required above and comply with all rules to be eligible. www.roybloom.com accepts no responsibility for ineligible or fraudulent entries.

4. Where appropriate, winners will be contacted by telephone or email and prizes (where appropriate) will be mailed within 40 days to the postal address supplied OR in some circumstances can be collected from an agreed or otherwise specified address.

5. The prize is as stated on individual competition entry/detail pages, and if prizewinners cannot be contacted by telephone or email contact as supplied within 7 days of the closing date of the competition, we reserve the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner.

6. Prizes at no time will be substituted for cash. However, we reserve the right to cancel the competition (if deemed necessary and in circumstances beyond their control) and to offer substitute prizes of comparable value.

11. Entrants, by submitting their entry and details as set out in Clause 3, are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.

12. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
